Need Help
Requirements to Receive Food from DCCM
1. You must be a resident of Richmond or Columbia County.
2. You must have a picture I.D. For every adult in the household.
3. You must have Social Security cards for every member in the household.
4. You must meet USDA Emergency Food Assistance Income guidelines.
Individuals in extreme circumstances that do not meet all the requirements may be served pending availability of food.
